What You Get
What: Guided group focus sessions via Zoom where you work quietly in a group setting. We use science based tools designed for ADHD brains so you can find your focus faster and be more productive.
How: Sessions vary in time including 3hrs, 90min and 20min. The first few minutes are used to prepare yourself and your space for work. This includes a focus warm-up and sharing what you want to accomplish in the chat. Then everyone turns goes on mute to begin their uninterrupted work.
Why: ADHD people are often “time blind” and suffer from higher rates of procrastination. This science based method of combining time blocking, community and accountability has helped ADD members reduce burnout and increase their productivity by 50%.
What: Professional ADHD coaching in a small group setting. The most valuable aspect of this community is the ability to share resources, stories and get your questions answered. Each month, we host expert-led conversations around ADHD and creativity. We dive deeper into the tools, techniques, philosophy and science that helps you transform your ADHD.
How: CoCoaching sessions are done via Zoom and last 60-90 min. Expect a casual conversational setting with prompts and exercises that maintain your energy and interest.
Why: We think of All Day Dreaming as an ADHD practice. It’s great way to keep yourself in creative and focus shape so you can work on the goals most important to you and not waste time on the ones that aren’t.
What: All Day Dreaming takes a community-based approach because it’s one of the most effective (and fun) ways to facilitate growth for people with ADHD. You’ll learn as much from each other as you will from Hyla and end up with new friendships along the way.
What: There is no silver bullet, ADHD impacts everyone differently and you need a variety of tools and techniques to create a practice that works for you. Thats why we’ve put all the best tools in one place for you to easily access. This includes everything from curated playlists of music and sounds to productivity methods that actually work. Plus we’re building out a library of mini-courses to help hone your ADHD practice when it’s convenient for you.
What: Every month is an opportunity to tap into a variety of special events including LIVE interviews with experts, webinars that take a deeper look into ADHD and guided experiments that challenge the understanding of how your brains works.
