This is an opportunity to work quietly but in a group setting using the tools we learn in the course. CoWorking sessions are done via Zoom with cameras on but micâs off and last 90-minute.
This is an opportunity to receive professional ADHD coaching in a small group setting. Weâll dive deeper and explore the course topics in a casual conversational setting. Group coaching sessions are done virtually and last 60-minute.
Our course is very interactive between participants both during sessions and after in our private chat. This community-based approach is one of the most effective (and fun) ways to facilitate growth for people with ADHD. Youâll learn as much from each other as you will from Hyla and Astrid and end up with new friendships.
Weâve created a very broad and coaching focused digital workbook built in Notion. Youâll find all the course prompts, exercises and links to resources we cover. Plus sections where you can explore and dive deeper on any of the topics we cover.
We are a LIVE online video course, real humans interacting with each other in real time. LIVE courses have a much higher finish rate than downloadable ones. Like so many other things you buy and never use, doing it LIVE increases your chance of success.
The course only works if you are able to show up for each session, but in the event you are unable to attend a session due to an issue beyond your control we can send you a summary of that day.
Over the years, weâve experienced far too many spaces that werenât ADHD friendly or even psychologically safe. Thatâs why we have designed everything to cater to how we need to process information differently and how groups are best supported in interacting with each other. This includes breaking up each session into smaller sections, lots of visuals and interaction.
Most courses are about maximizing the hostâs profits. Our course is about maximizing impact for you and the best way to do that is to limit the course attendance size. This way we can personalize your experience and answer your questions.

No. Having an ADHD diagnosis by a medically trained professional is ideal but we know that not everyone has access to getting one. This course is best for someone who has been diagnosed OR has done an extensive self-diagnoses and feels very confident they have it.
